This page represents a first step in a major website update that was started in September 2015 to a mobile device friendly version. The old web pages will be maintained and save for the main page will have the same URL. However the old pages will not be updated as all updates will be in this new version of the website. This version is in “wordpress” Content Management System that makes use of a system of HTML, CSS, templates, plug ins and theme files.  I kept the “light version” of the site as long as possible but with all new search engine requirements now they are requesting that all sites pass a mobile friendly test  a painless way to do this is to use a CMS, wordpress is easiest to use and maintain.  Note the Acceptable use policy.  How to make the most of this site and all about downloading files.
